Neev Spencer is the biggest British asian female broadcaster in the UK, with her award winning shows on KISS FM UK consistently retaining market leadership.
Neev is well known for her down to earth attitude and larger than life personality. From interviewing the likes of pop royalty, actual royalty and Hollywood stars to supporting superstar DJ's on tour, she is an entertainment force to be reckoned with.
What sets Neev apart from the other female voices on radio is not only her innate ability to communicate but her deep understanding of the audience. Her passion and knowledge of many music genres combined with her vast experience in radio and as a DJ gives her a credibility not often found in commercial radio.
Neev is frequently booked to DJ and host for the biggest international and UK brands such as Nike, Adidas, Selfridges, Smirnoff, London Fashion Week, Red Bull, Nokia, Very Clothing, Grazia, and Cosmopolitan Magazine. She is also one of KISS FM's most bookable daytime club DJs touring across the country at all the major venues and events and supported David Guetta on his tours in both India and Spain last year.
In 2014 Neev began writing and performing on several UK talking heads TV shows and found she had a natural ability for comedy. This led to her challenging herself further as a visual presenter and began a journey into the world of stand up comedy. She regularly gigs on the London stand up circuit building and perfecting her set.
Neev’s main passion still lies in the charity work she conducts and is a proud ambassador of five UK Charities including two for HRH the Princes Trust and the British Asian Trust. Last year saw her embark on a Mental Health Awareness Quest with charity Heads Together and The Royal Foundation. From speaking with the Duchess of Cambridge on Maternal Mental Health at Kensington Palace, making a film on PND with Heads Together and recently hosting a debate on Youth Violence with HRH Prince Charles at Google HQ Neev is becoming known for being a broadcaster who not only connects with the public in a unique and heart warming way but isn’t afraid to open up about challenging times. This year Neev was an expert panelist on the BBC 5 Live ‘Mum Takeover’ in Blackpool and recently hosted the UKs first ever Global Citizen Live. Neev’s work within last years Mental Health awareness campaign led to her being invited to sit on a panel of people who spearheaded the radio industries biggest collective initiative ‘The Mental Health Minute’ Seeing over 300 radio stations in the UK join together on Mental Health awareness week and broadcast a message across all of their platforms.
To this day she is a girl on a mission of good and whether she’s playing another club banger to a heaving dance floor, joking around on her radio show or giving a speech in front of the Prime Minster, she gives it her all in her own signature style.
Neev is one to watch – just wait and see what’s next for this rising star!
